金澤站內、功能齊全的 金沢百番街 裡有幾家評價很不錯的餐廳, 但元旦傍晚到達金澤時, 幾乎沒有一家開門營業; 隔天情況丕變, 車站內摩肩接踵, 店家人聲鼎沸, 餐廳到了下午三點才好不容易消化掉候位人龍。

吧檯一直是滿座, 我們被安排在半開放的包廂裡, 桌上有一個點菜系統, 圖片、說明、定價清清楚楚, 沒有服務員站在旁邊等你決定和「這個字怎麼唸」的壓力, 並可隨時查詢點過的內容, 但也少了點與師傅互動、聽他們高聲呦喝的趣味。
