《DIY》冬至湯圓

從小開始, 冬至給我的幸福感覺一直更勝其他節日, 我想主要來自這種讓人從五臟六腑暖起來的冬至圓~
做法很簡單, 老薑和黑糖加水煮滾, 純糯米沒有內餡的湯圓燙熟, 兩者再mix至水滾即可。
完工後每次取食用的量進電鍋加熱, 整鍋反覆加熱的話, 很快就會變成一鍋糯米糊了~
