巴薩米克醋是產自義大利北部特定區域的葡萄醋,據稱有抗氧化效果;二大匙的巴薩米克醋與一大匙蒜末、少許砂糖與鹽混合,再淋上一大匙橄欖油,拌勻後便大功告成。風味強烈(還是我下手太重?),配上幾乎原味的蔬食,很開胃 XD
註:醬料的材料要以粉末 → 液體與香菜類 → 醋 → 油的順序加入,食材才能充分融合,味道更好。

風味清新爽口,感覺各種涼菜、生的熟的、暈的素的應該都可以搭配(自我感覺良好狀態 XD),非常適合夏天的滋味。
