京野菜」不僅是生產地域上的意義,實際上也有具體的品種範圍。

懶人不走遠,就選緊鄰京都車站的伊勢丹百貨樓上的餐廳,免不了的,排隊。
せいろ指的是蒸籠,也是本店主要的料理方式。

住京都的朋友曾經說「京野菜」不是普通蔬菜,現在我們懂了 :P
