【2017-06-03 晚餐】
大雨的夜裡,我們先來探勘一下。
除了固定菜單,黑板上是依當日食材情況變化的推薦料理。
牆上的酒單。
飢寒交迫(?)下,先來點下酒菜吧。
今天的 House Wine 白酒是德國的 Feinkost Käfer Chardonnay。我們兩個人點了「半瓶」,拿到一瓶新開的酒,腰身上有一條線,良心制 XD
趕上季末的白蘆荀,Yummy !
下酒菜 NO.2,孢子甘藍。蜂蜜的甜與甘藍的苦,烤得恰到好處的香酥口感,幾乎停不了手(還有酒 XD)
主菜之一:鴨頸香腸。鴨肉特有的風味做成香腸,只能說它不太合我的口味。
主菜之二:薑黃風羊肩肉。口感雖恰到好處,但這個份量搭配薑黃蠻容易膩。
現烤的舒芙蕾,值得為它等二十分鐘,絕對值得。
(略脆的)蛋白、冰淇淋、苺果醬之伊頓混亂。

酒蒸青衣魚。蠻家常的味道,有蛋白質(青衣魚、蛤蜊)有蔬菜(絲瓜、金針菇)還有澱粉(馬鈴薯),光魚的尺寸幾乎就足夠兩個人吃,周同學立刻破解食譜,之後大概會做成便當吧 XD
