布魯斯生日,約好一起晚餐,怎料我走出捷運站看到他的訊息說「系統有狀況,還沒離開辦公室」,要我先到餐廳等 ... 我花了三秒鐘思考:一個人在餐廳裡等有點淒涼,何況還不知道要等到幾點 ... 於是決定邊往餐廳移動邊打電話給距離最近的金豬會員 V。
幸運地,雖然已經過了下班時間,V 因為老公晚上有事,還留在辦公室處理一些雜事,一接到我的電話,據她描述是「立刻關機、手刀衝向餐廳」(貪吃鬼附身狀態)
逸仙路的僻靜巷內,我開心地告訴服務人員要多一個人(其實是壽星主角變得不是很重要 XD)
V 還沒到,我先點一輪,上菜之前先來杯酒吧,今天的 HOUSE 白是(可能是第一次喝到?)Garganega 品種的 Pasqua Soave DOC,沒有礦物味的果香,與我們(亂)點的料理搭起來都非常順口。
蒜味青花筍搭配白鯷魚醬汁。炸得口感香酥的青花筍,完全擊中我的甜蜜點,後來又追加了一份。
孢子甘籃是本人最愛,看到必點。搭煙燻培根和楓糖,口感比較滑膩,美味,但我還是偏愛 RéeL 的處理方式。
V 衝進餐廳時,桌上已經有酒有肉,完全開動狀態。無論如何,金豬吃東西都是不等人的 XD
下酒不能少了這一味:松露薯條。
碳烤野生小捲搭配蕃茄莎莎醬。小捲處理的熟度正好,鮮美、柔軟。
因為起司與麵包都是本人的過敏原,所以刻意把這道炸起司擺得遠遠 XD 特別之處在用培根與洋蔥拌炒成的西式肉燥。
菜單上沒有的本日推薦:蟹肉烘蛋配鯡魚卵。食材與入口的感覺都很紮實 :P
壽星布魯斯終於在我們開動的一個半小時後出現,趕在 last order 時限之前(與漫長的前菜之後)來個主菜 ...
爐烤櫻桃鴨胸。服務人員詳細說明做法是,用小火煎出油脂後,再以鴨油將鴨肉淋至七分熟,之後爐烤。
製作費工、細膩,吃起來皮酥脆肉Q彈,搭配果醬與吸了飽飽鴨油香氣的 baby carrot。自家漬的南瓜單吃有點酸(對我們這種超怕酸的人來說其實是非常酸)。
松露野菇燉飯,歐式燉飯偏硬的米芯,視覺味覺都很飽。
蔓越莓奶油伊頓混亂,蛋白霜微甜,配微酸的果醬很涮嘴。
服務人員很親切細心(例如我不小心讓餐巾掉到地上,小小的動靜立刻被注意到,馬上遞上一份新的),解說料理與酒類也很詳盡自然,整個用餐過程很放鬆、盡興,心得是一家迫不及待想要再去的餐廳 👍

Six Dogs Honey Lime Gin 比起極 CRAFT ,更甜美一點。
特地來吃的白蘆筍。
炙烤青花筍、南義辣味香腸、鹽漬豬背脂、芝麻
孢子甘籃、煙燻培根、楓糖
起司燉飯/栗子/松露/咖啡,濃郁到飯吃完還可以拿來沾麵包。
